Fear of Losing Control
Iām scared to lose control. Losing control for me feels like I canāt handle things, that Iām not good enough. Being scared is a red threat throughout my life.
What do you feel when youāre losing control? Is it all in your mind or is it actually happening? I know that losing control isnāt always a bad thing, sometimes is good to lose control. Letting go of things that make you uncomfortable or anxious.
