HOT TIP : if u still don't know your face shape, you can take a handheld mirror and hold it up so you see ur face in it. and then with a dry erase marker trace around ur face and see which shape it resembles, i learnt this hack from a youtube video!...💬🎀

hi angels!! i speak for myself and many other girls when i say that i dream of a body like victoria's secrets angels. how do they manage that? what does it feel like? how do i get it?

look no further. i have found the fool proof workout plan, tested by yours truly. i stuck to this workout for 3 weeks (tiring) and i feel that results were apparent in the first 2 days!!

some things i should mention:

did i alter my diet at all? no. my diet manly consists of white monster, oats with cinnamon and those fibre 90 calorie bars!

was it hard? yes. extremely.

do i feel more confident in myself? not only that, but i dont have to fake my confidence either!!

Seriously, get some cheap rolled oats that are not mixed with anything. Put that shit in a sock, and go to your bathroom and turn on the tub faucet and get that water hot.

You are gonna tie that sock to the faucet so the water is running through the oatmeal in the sock. I secure it with a hair tie around the faucet.

The water will become grey/white ish and cloudy- we want that! Fill the tub with the sock in place. Feel free to periodically squeeze the built up water out of the sock. You’ll see white creamy substance (that’s what she said) come out- that’s our little miracle skin soother from the oats. It will make your skin SO smooth and calm any itching or rash.

I like to add a few drops of a safe essential oil to my bath for smell.

I just purchased that for myself and I AM SO EXCITED. There’s gonna be some pretty amazing goodies in there and its all a surprise!

Opening one gift a day from 22nd Dec until the New Years is something I have always wanted to do. We don’t celebrate Christmas in my part of the world, but this has always been one of my favourite holidays.

seaside nails.

it’s beach vibes this time because i’m finally going on a trip with friends to the beach. found this design to be cute yet simple, the sea animals are really fun and happy too, there’s turtle, starfish, seashells, dolphin, octopus and jellyfish.
