You might be asking what makes a dress a midi dress a midi dress? A midi dress or midi skirt is where the hem ends halfway between the knee and ankle. To me it’s the perfect fit and style. It’s a dress that can be dressed up or down. The other wonderful thing about midi length dresses is that you can wear them most of the year because of the length. Midi dresses are actually stylish in the spring, summer, fall and maybe even winter, depending on where you live. . . I chose to style it in a more casual way today because it’s been a little cooler, but I had another option of adding my red strappy heels, adding a dressier bag and removing the jacket which takes it up a notch for a totally different look. . . We were suppose to have left for a spring break trip this past Saturday but like everyone else’s trips it was cancelled. . . I had planned to bring this dress with me on vacation to wear to out to dinner but as we all know that’s not going to happen at least any time soon. It’s one of those dresses that pack easily and does not wrinkle. It’s a faux wrap dress that has a built in slip and it comes in other beautiful prints too. . . Maybe I’ll surprise my husband and wear it to one of our pool patio dinners here at the house.
