haven't had that weird feeling anymore i can't even describe it i barely understand it. it's like all of a sudden i was an actor and i was the only one aware while everyone was stuck in the film. and i just felt extremely weird and uncomfortable but just an unexplainable feeling. super uncomfortable. similar to how sometimes it feels like my limbs are not attached to my body (usually my arms) and it feels like they're stretching and twisting and i can't tell what position they're in even though i'm looking at them and it's weird it's so weird i have to physically shake myself out of it if anyone has an answer let me know
