Filtered but #nofilter. Spent a few hours today geeking over this new batch of #kombucha. One of them is my attempt at #junkombucha (sweetened with honey) and the two on the right are mango tea flavored and the darkest one is from my #organicblacktea continuous brew batch. They're about to spend the next week in #secondaryfermentation. Plus I have two 32oz growlers that are already carbonated in the fridge. Taste test tomorrow!

You can bet that I laid on my stomach with my hands under my chin watching this happen in awe.
