Filtered but #nofilter. Spent a few hours today geeking over this new batch of #kombucha. One of them is my attempt at #junkombucha (sweetened with honey) and the two on the right are mango tea flavored and the darkest one is from my #organicblacktea continuous brew batch. They're about to spend the next week in #secondaryfermentation. Plus I have two 32oz growlers that are already carbonated in the fridge. Taste test tomorrow!

Doing some deep thinking & self reflection. I have come to the conclusion that regardless of my attempts at #selflove and #bodypositivity, other people have attempted to shame me and sadly it does get to me. Someone at my work has said some horrendously negative things to me and continues to and I am really lacking to self confidence to stand up for myself. I am seeking a new job because the added anxiety this is bringing to my life is actually causing me to lose hair. But the worst part is I am now afraid of no one hiring me because of my lack of good looks. This isnt a rant seeking attention cause the last thing I want is others to look at me but I want those of you reading this to stop the shame. You may not think it hurts but I already loathe my body enough. I dont think you need to add to the baggage.
