went for my final monitoring appointment of this round of treatment today. I have one follicle that is at 20 mm as of this morning which is great. A follicle needs to hit 18 mm to be viable for conception. Most likely (still waiting on the doctor to call), I will do the trigger shot tonight and have the IUI on Friday morning. This particular follicle grew 5.3 mm since Monday, so it’s going to just keep on ripening. I’m trying not to get my hopes too high. However, this follicle is much larger than the follicle I had with our first IUI so that’s something.
