Day 5/ Back and Arms
7:30 am.
20 minutes on recumbent bike.
15 Seated Row (20 pounds), 15 Lateral Pull Down (20 pounds), 15 Seated Dips (20 pounds), 15 Lateral Raise (20 pounds), 12 Bicep Curl (10 pounds).
Repeat 3 times.
Man, I'm weak.
I managed to do 11 push-ups after splitting it into 3 and 8. None were transitioned correctly. I always have to go down to the floor, because I can't hold myself up in between.
I also did 25 sit-ups. 19 unassisted, 3 pulling myself up a little bit, and 3 pulling myself up most of the way.
I guess I'll try to do some dumbbell weight lifting (flies, chest presses, and others) and seated dips (aiming for 20, but I'll probably have to split it up) later. If you've got any suggestions, let me know.
