How I have been doing (no big vent, just news, positivity)

Well, actually, I've been doing good! The last 6 months have been fine, I hang out with friends at school and we laugh a lot even though exams are there soon. I'm sure I can pass them easily so I'm not even anxious 😎

I think I've been doing better than when I was active in the twst fandom, idk how to explain it but it was a way for me to cope with stress. And now that I feel more connected to my real life, I somehow stopped being in a "fictional bubble" where all I thought about was twst and other piece of media I consume. But!!! In no case has that fandom ever made me feel worse/bad. I'm always giggling and kicking my feet when interacting with y'all. 🥹

I just lost motivation because drawing pressured me a lot, for whatever reasons. I'm a big perfectionist so ig that's that. But I've been working on it so it's all good now!

Overall, I'm good!

Kogane

I started writing her lore and never posted the rest.. I have it all in my head though! If I don't write the rest, I'll probably just write a post that sums it up.

I thought a lot about her personality because it was somehow never stable. She could be an extrovert or an introvert, sensible or impulsive, arrogant or cheerful, selfish or selfless.... all at the same time. Yet all of it was in character!

I've come to the conclusion that Kogane is kind of like Floyd, she's not someone you can figure out completely. And you can't guess how she'll act, and can't guess what she thinks.

That's why there is so much angst potential with Ace! AceYuu is always doomed anyway, so here are some things I drew!

The "slowly forgetting your face" trend has gotten to me. So of course, I had to do it. Both of the drawings are from Ace's POV.

Her eyes look so tired on the second one, it's on purpose, and I love how I did the coloring.

(Also, I wrote the line of "I'll Believe In Anything" but afterwards I realized maybe I shouldn't have done it because well, an IRL friend of mine told me it's considered like a queer anthem. I only thought about it AFTER writing the line. I'm sorry if anyone takes offense. I just thought the song fits well with them, I never intended to erase queer experience or anything!! Especially not during pride month.)

I decided what I wanted to do with KogAce relationship, finally! Mostly I asked myself: "happy or bad ending?"

Bad ending. Well, Kogane goes back in her world at the end of their 2nd year. Leaving Ace– who was happy to finally be her BOYFRIEND– alone. He feels they spent TOO LITTLE time together, and now it's WAY TOO LATE for him to tell her how much he loved her. We can say she's the one that got away! Yeah, too many songs fit them..

But Grim too. I love the bond between Grim and Yuu, but I realized I haven't worked on it that much with Kogane and Grim.

Kogane, my first oc, my first daughter 🥹💔 I ought to give her more depth and I will!

Yuume

Ah my Yuusona! She was inspired from how I acted at the time I created her. Now I find myself being really more chaotic than her, maybe it's just the people around me that makes me this way (I love them 🥹). But I never really said she was that serious either. After all, I established already (in my mind) that she is just hard to read, but has a strong personality when she's around the right people.

Now, about my yumeship with Floyd. Well, Floyd is still my favorite character from TWST and one of my comfort characters. But I don't personally ship my IRL self with him. While I do ship Yuume, who is my self insert, with him, I don't ship myself with him. So is that still a yumeship??? IDK?? I need someone to enlighten me lmao.

Reika and Seiji

Unfortunately, I hadn't had much thoughts about her. But I do have some ideas how to improve the complexity of her bond with Seiji.

As for Idia, well, they're not even angsty or anything. They're just a happy couple. The angst comes with Reika and Seiji, siblings angst 💔

I realized it was almost unhealthy how Seiji really idealizes his sister and how she's the only person he really holds dear. Well actually, it is unhealthy. Reika, as perceptive as she usually is, she won't even notice it. So I guess I have to think of something that'll make an important turn in their relationship.

Also, since Kogane and Yuume are both Yuus, they're not in the same universe. For Reika and Seiji, they're also in a different universe with another Yuu.

The potential of Seiji to become a really complex character is here, I just didn't focus on it.

His personality has three layers:

1 - Helpful and cheerful. His classmates view him as someone who's selfless and kind. They wonder why is he at Octavinelle, so it was hard for him to gain everyone's trust at the begining of the year. He doesn't know why he acts that way, why he doesn't show his 'real' self instead of forcing another personality. He just does it.

2 - Sneaky and arrogant with violent tendancies. While he can be mischievous, sometimes he's also just teasing, without hurting anyone. He acts the opposite of the first layer, and only shows this side of himself around people he trusts just a little more. Though he won't admit that to himself and say it's just boredom. He'll come to act this way with Sebek, Yuu & Grim, Leona, Ruggie, Epel and the rest of the Spelldrive Club. Aw he trusts his teammates ❤️‍🩹🥹

3 - He doesn't know. Very quiet. He's like this when he studies, rarely. He tries to keep himself entertained so he doesn't have to feel this way. But late at night he's forced to realize he just doesn't know. What to do, what to become, how to act.. Sometimes he wonder what made him like this. His parents did play favorite with him, that should've satisfied him. But no. He rarely talks about it with Reika, knowing her childhood was much worse. He knows she sleeps late, so sometimes he sneak out of his dorm and goes to hers. Just to be with her and sit in silence most of the time.

He'll stop acting all helpful during book 7. Everyone saw his dream anyway, so he has no reason to keep acting this way. (I'll write a fic about his dream)

Other fandoms?

I realized I shouldn't just focus on TWST when I have so many interests other than TWST. For exemple, I'm very into ROTMHS (the manhwa as well as the novel) and JJBA (anime only for now). I even drew a Jojo Stand for myself if I ever had a Stand. And I have a ROTMHS oc as well!

Haikyuu is also one of my favorite anime and I'm very into Pokemon (tho the latter is already present on my blog)

I think about posting the Jojo Stand I drew, and the art I made about ROTMHS (and some edits).

What do I plan to post now?

Now, I realized I love drawing digitally, but I prefer writing. So this blog is probably going to become a writing blog more than an art one. Maybe I'll still join fanevents (with chibis), and I'll continue my Pokemon x TWST ocs series. And if I draw, it'll be small things or traditional art. Tbh I felt pressured by myself to draw things, and I never really liked anything I drew.

Instead of just yapping, I'll try to write real (and short) fics of my Ocs. It'll get me to actually do something instead of just doomscrolling, and that way I can keep interacting with the TWST fandom!

However I know this fandom is much more about art than writing. I'll probably get ignored, which is fine!

I have some things in head for KogAce that I'll post very soon. (And maybe Seiji but it's still foggy in my brain.)

Thank to all my moots and people I follow on this app! The TWST fandom really feels like a big happy family on Tumblr.

So in Yuume's world, elfves' clans and humans live in peace and harmony! No discrimination, no one's superior to one another!

Thus Yuume attended school like a normal human, while it is not obligatory for her, she still wanted to. She's really talented at academics and, although she always procrastinates, she isn't really satisfied with her grades and wants nothing but As and A+ yk.. Even when she does get them, she just feels.. normal about it? She shows herself being proud and happy to her classmates and all but it doesn't really mean anything to her. She just doesn't like "failing" (under than As)

Elfves in her world are separated in three clans, the Plum elfves, the Orchid elfves, the Chrysanthemum elfves and the Lotus elfves. Their powers and apparence changes according to their clans. For exemple, Yuume has plum blossoms hiding her eyes (it's part of her body, not accessories), and her skin is blue for the winter because plum blossoms bloom in winter! (This idea came from the "Four Gentlemen" of flowers in China)

She's actually 179 years old in elf age because their perception of time isn't the same, but her human age is 17 years old. It's like faes in twst yk.

Yuume was heading back from school when she got hurt by the black carriage. Mysteriously, her human form was cancelled by arriving in Twisted Wonderland and she can no longer take it back. Her magic also mostly vanished. She can only do small things like make plum blossoms petals appear and make almost anything smell like plum. Not very useful..

If she came from Twisted Wonderland, she'd be in Scarabia, since I think I'd be in Scarabia too, she's a Scarabian too now. Unfortunately, she ended up in Ramschackle with Grim as her dormmate.. She dislikes the beast at first, even if she finds him cute, but later on, probably just after book 1, she grows fond of him.

Yuume isn't really panicking THAT much after she was isekaied. She didn't even know what to do in her future and her life was dull, a little entertainement isn't trouble. She just starts missing her family after a while.

Her biggest issue is that it's an all boys school. She doesn't really like males that much but hey.. she'll try to befriend some, some that she thinks are worthy of her company, ofc.

And Ace? No. No no no. She doesn't like troublemakers ok? (Although I do like Ace, irl people like him pmo..) Just at first appearance though because she quickly judges people, then after spending a whole book with him, Deuce and Grim, she's more adamant on becoming friends with them. She has a problem with labeling relationships.. so she doesn't know what could be considered as being friends..? But either way, after book 2 or 3, she considers them as friends ig.

Now, talking about book 3:

When this happens, Yuume goes: "Oh, woah, well.. uh.. Jack, let's go, yeah???"

Once they managed to leave, she mentions how she never wants to get in trouble with them, especially Floyd. Unfortunately, next day, they meet in the cafeteria..

When I tell you, she ignores them, she IGNORES THEM. She doesn't even look up from her food. She's not scared, or maybe she is, but she just doesn't want to attract attention! Her appearance already does tho..

But well.. Floyd decides to be a bully so..

Yuume flinches, hard. "WHAT THE HELL?!" she yells. "Crazy bastard?! My food!!"

Floyd glances at her, like "Eh? Oh, you look all weird hehehehe are you a fae or something?"

"..A.. what?"

She's frozen because what the hell did she just do? Yell at the most terrifying guy she's ever seen?

Yuume reacts the same way as Yuta. Just at first he calls her "Rainbowfish" and "Lionfish".

But when Floyd calls her a little shrimp. She IS short, 155cm, okay, but.. "Wha? I'm NOT a SHRIMP. I'm an elf, do your eyes even work properly??"

"..Huh?"

She regrets it. But hey..

"..Eh? Then.. Little fairy wrasse!"

"..Did you— You did not just call me a fairy? Fairies and elfves are different, I'll have you know! You can't just—"

"Yada yada. I dunno! If ya don't want fairy wrasse, it'll be little shrimp! I don' even like how fairy wrasse sounds anyways! You'll be little shrimp, 'kay?"

"You—.. Ugh, fine. Okay."

Yuume WANTED to refuse helping Ace, Deuce and Grim because "You're responsible for that, deal with it." But then Crowley HAD to be the one asking, or more like ordering, and she reluctantly accepted. Well, she did feel bad about what happened to all the people who signed Azul's contracts but she didn't want to get involved into yet another trouble, two overblots were already too much.

She also wanted not to sign Azul's contract but hey.. she thought it was the only way of stopping Azul.

When she sees Floyd and Jade's eels forms she goes "HUUHHH?!" But she's lowkey kinda impressed, they look cool.

After the overblot, she genuinely compliments Azul yk like the main story and that's kinda it..

After book 3, she takes many shifts at Mostro Lounge because she wants to earn moneeyyy. And also to be sure the octatrio is doing well, but you didn't hear that.. Either Mostro Lounge either Sam's shop.

And you may have guessed but bro fall in love with Floyd. Unfortunately? Idk. She really tries HARD to erase her feelings but uh she fails.

The main reason she likes Floyd is that he makes her laugh. While his mood swings make others annoyed, she finds them funny. When she had bad days he would always be here to crack jokes and cause chaos in the Mostro Lounge. And maybe she hallucinated it, but when she'd laugh, watching from afar, he'd grin at her. But that's just her imagination.. right??? (I WOULD fall in love with Floyd too if I was in twst bc my type has always been the class clown who doesn't care about anything so..)

Deep down she envy him bc he can do wth he wants, and she was never able to do that bc she always wanted to have good grades and she was too busy thinking about her future. (She got that from me btw..)

And Floyd, well uhm.. He likes how she reacts to his teasing and jokes. He also likes her looks, he finds her cool! Oh and he likes how she's quiet at first but is really chaotic too sometimes. Well he likes her.

Jade and Azul can't with this anymore. They beg (read it as: threaten in a kind way??) for Yuume to take more shifts at Mostro Lounge because she always works with Floyd and he actually manage to stay in a good mood for hours. Jade noticed Yuume likes his twin, but Azul didn't notice it until Jade told him.

THE THING IS! Yuume is scared shitless. Of love, to commit, not to be good enough, yk that kind of things. And since she knows there's a chance Floyd likes her back, she starts avoiding him. Mostro Lounge? She barely comes once a week, the rest of the time she's at Sam's shop. Floyd is back in gloomy moods again and he thinks Yuume got scared or bored of him.

So what does he do? He finds her on a random day and it goes like this:

"I like you. What's ya problem, shrimpy?"

"I.. don't have any problems—.. You– I– what?"

"Ugh! I like ya, dumb lil' shrimpy! And you're just runnin' from me!"

"..Wow. Uh.. I.. like you too?"

"..Cool, then you're coming with me~!"

"W-Where?!"

"To hang out, duh! First date, yeah?"

"..I.. Yeah, sounds.. great." Just like that, her fears vanished (not entirely and they started dating. All this happened between book 5 and 6.

Their ship's name is gonna be SeaPlums!

Well, the first answer would be: no. She can't. Floyd is the type of person to go with the flow and to mess up with anything to make it more interesting, that includes Yuume's plans, because he just likes to get on her nerves. Most of the time though, she doesn't really mind. A little chaos in her life isn't bad. However, only when it's her dearest boyfriend.

Anyways, the second answer would be that somedays, Floyd likes to follow what Yuume said because he wants to make her happy or because his mood is up.

And this day was one of those fortunate days! Yuume was peaceful, Floyd was somewhat content, everything aligned to ensure this afternoon would be perfect.

That's where the third answer crushed Yuume's reality. She can't prevent external issues from happening. For exemple..

'Everything. Everything, except this damn rain.'

Currently lying down on Ramschackle's couch, she listened to the noise of the rain hitting the windows and looked at the grey sky. This wasn't supposed to happen. Weather said there would be no rain. So why did the sky switched with Floyd, became moody and decided to tear up so suddenly? It was beyond Yuume's understanding. Now she felt like crying too. Even her blazer was still on because she was about to head out when it started pouring.

As soon as it did, she had texted Floyd.

'It's raining so let's cancel our date.'

'I'm not even in the mood for anything else either, sorry.'

Obviously, Yuume knew he wouldn't just let it go like that. Still, it's been a few minutes and.. he left her on read.

Floyd leaving Yuume on read never meant anything good, so she learnt to expect the unexpected, if that was even possible.

Suddenly, the door pushed open by a large hand, a tall silhouette stood at the door.

Yuume didn't look up instantly, who else than Floyd could it be?

"Little Shrimpy!" he called out, tilting his head, "Why so upset?"

With a sigh, she reluctantly sat up and found her boyfriend drenched already.

When she registered that sight, she stood up abruptly.

"Floyd, whatever you do, don't walk in." Yuume raised her palms up as if it would prevent him to do what he wanted. But Yuume was already irritated and didn't want to waste time cleaning Ramschackle's floor.

Instead of straight up ignoring what she told him, Floyd blinked.

"I ain't walking toward you tho." He retorted, flat, but slightly mocking.

"...Right. Yeah." Her hands fell back down her sides.

Pause.

"You.. asked me why I'm upset?"

"Yup."

Yuume stared blankly at him. Somehow, she felt her answer wouldn't matter to the eel boy's next actions, but she answered anyways.

"I.. wanted to spend time with you and have fun. But it's raining, so we can't do that, can we?"

Floyd grinned, the kind of smile that didn't mean anything good, but nothing bad either. The kind that she could trust.

"Why not? Ya wanted to have fun? Let's go then!"

In three strides, he was in front of Yuume despite her protests.

But instead of facing her, he spun his heels around and crouched down.

'You know what? Screw it.'

Yuume hesitated, but what for?

She climbed on Floyd's back and called out to Grim in the kitchen.

"Grim! I'm going!"

"Myargh?! Weren'cha just complaining 'bout the rain?!" He shouted right back, not bothering to come because he'd have to see the two acting like sweethearts, a way to ruin his appetite.

But Floyd was already dashing to the door, and Yuume barely had the time to answer him that they were at the doorway.

Floyd passed through, Yuume grabbed the doorknob and slammed the door shut, probably making Grim flinch.

With quick steps, Floyd headed to Ramschackle's gate, keeping his usual grin on his face.

Then, once out, he glanced left and right, then looked at Yuume.

"So, where're we goin'?"

Yuume blinked, she felt the light rain hitting her head, but she didn't pay it any mind right now.

"Eh.. Don't know." She paused, tilting her head.

"In my world, elves can't really catch a cold, but you.. are you gonna be alright?"

He chuckled, shaking his head.

"Nah, I'll be fine—" Something draped over his head. Yuume had removed her blazer and put it over Floyd to shield him from the rain.

He couldn't help but giggle.

"Eh, playin' romantic now?" His pace quickened, so Yuume concluded he enjoyed her concern.

"Well, this is a date, isn't it?" Yuume shot back, chuckling along with Floyd.

"Duh, obviously!"

He twirled on his feet, kicking puddles here and there. Yuume laughed, bright and loud, something she didn't really do often. She never really managed to let go of her worries, wether they were big or small.

But now, with Floyd at her side, she felt as if everything was possible, she felt light.

Floyd crouched down, getting Yuume off his back. But soon after, he began running and grabbed her hand to drag her along, giggles escaping his sharp teeth. One hand in hers, one hand on the blazer on top of his head.

Yuume stumbled, but she followed, how could she not? Even if their trousers were going to be drenched, and probably all their clothes too, Yuume couldn't find it in her to care.

Because no matter what, Yuume wouldn't let go of Floyd.

And Floyd won't let her fall behind either.

Fourth answer: she doesn't need to plan anything. Floyd is always here to light up her days. She was quite happy with that answer, and she was sure he also was.

When Yuume was back in Ramschackle and in her bed before falling asleep, she smiled to herself, feeling fuzzy.

'Rain isn't so bad.'

And if Floyd began to feel sick the next morning? He'd bear it and take advantage of that to have Yuume as his nurse.

Because Yuume and Floyd would always be there for each other, bad or good times.

Love languages

Yuume likes to help Floyd and do things for him, like manage his shift together with hers, cover for him when he run away from the Mostro Lounge, brings him food and water at basketball practices, do basically anything he asks lol (she still has boundaries don't worry)

Floyd always has to be in physical contact with Yuume. Arm around her shoulders or her waist, hands squishing her cheeks or tracing over her ears, litteraly clinging to her from behind when they walk, anything really.

Are they a couple?

Floyd reacts to this question with exactly what is written: "DUH!!"

Yuume is more like giving the person who asked a blank look and saying: "That seems obvious..?"

Falling in love

For Floyd it wasn't really love at first sight, it was more like interest and then he fell in love with her, pretty quickly like it took him just a few days to be like "Oh. I love her." but this realization came after months. Idk if that makes sense..

Yuume fell slowly and so unintentionally during the same months, but unlike Floyd's interest, it was actually love since the begining, and Floyd's interest grew into love after, yk what I mean?

She fell first, he fell harder btw.

Arguments

They barely even argue ☠️

When they do, it's either playful either silly things. But! It happens sometimes that Floyd lash out on Yuume when he's in a bad mood. And instead of getting mad? She gives him space, and forgives him. Because uhm why would you blame someone who can't really control their moods and feelings? Obviously she does ask for an apology bc she knows she doesn't deserve to be lashed out at. And he always apologies.

If Floyd is ever upset at Yuume, she's not even aware of it.. But he'll sulk a little (a whole day..) and then tell her what she did/didn't do. They communicate a lot!

Attachement

Both of them love to be with each other, but Yuume needs some space, and Floyd knows when she does, so he'll automatically back off and wander somewhere else, because it's "borin' to be with someone who forces themself."

Floyd can be clingy sometimes, and Yuume also needy for affection, during those times they're glued together.

Scales

I won't explain everything cause some of them are pretty self-explanatory.

When they cuddle, more often than not it's Floyd holding Yuume against his chest. But somehow.. when they wake up, it's always Floyd snuggled up against her and Yuume holding him.. So sometimes before they fall asleep, Yuume initiates being the big spoon and Floyd is more than happy.

Yuume sends cats videos and says "Us" without any emojis or enthusiasm so idk if that's really cute..

Floyd's petname for Yuume is litteraly just Little Shrimpy so.. And Yuume barely calls him anything other than his name

Yuume's flirting is.. sharing her food. Yes.

Yuume is the least jealous person you've ever seen.

Favorite parts about the other

Blue one is Floyd's fav parts about Yuume, pink one is Yuume's fav parts about Floyd, just in case you're confused.

Floyd loves her cheeks and smile the most! When they cuddle he loves wrapping his arms around her waist and press his face in her chest.

Yuume loves holding Floyd's hands. And also likes to mess with his hair, that's why Floyd also likes her hands. Their hands are glued together ig.

The choices thing idk how tf do you call that

Idk who does the housework tbh because Floyd CAN do it but only will when he wants too, this leaves Yuume doing it most of the time but since she's kinda lazy uh.. yeah..

..I don't think Floyd driving is a good idea.. Yuume is far too anxious to drive too so.. Yk what, Floyd can fly on broom and bring Yuume around, that's good too.

Both of them cook together yeeaayy

I hc Floyd handwriting not to be THIS bad but I also think mine is better thus Yuume has a better handwriting.

Floyd yaps and Yuume listens, BUT further in the relationship Yuume start yapping too.

Since her love language is act of services, ofc she spoils him. Too much.

Floyd isn't that polite so he goes "Hey, you're deaf or what? She said NO ONIONS you dumbass. Maybe I have to squeeze ya real hard for you to understand?"

If they ever get married, Floyd proposes in a non romantic and unserious way. Idk how yet but yeah.

Anyways that's it I love them guys they're so silly

You might not expect this but Yuume is the one hogging the blanket and it results in Floyd clinging even more to her to have warmth (both hers and the blanket's)

None. Yuume can't cut hair she never tried and she hates trying new things, and Floyd.. well.. Yuume doesn't want to have her hair ruined so it's best if he stays away. Though if someone has to do it it'll be Floyd cutting Yuume's hair.

Yuume definitely does when she wakes up first, but if Floyd wakes up first bc idk Yuume is tired or sick, he's definitely making breakfast.

Yuume. Floyd is far too dangerous for that AHEM especially if he has to talk to a delivery.

Yuume may looks calm when listening to music but her headphones are on full volume, but it's only in her headphones. Floyd likes to put his music on full volume without any headphones in front of everyone..

I'm 100% sure Floyd would find it disgusting. Especially if it's like before going to sleep. Yuume finds it disgusting too no matter the time, but that doesn't prevent her from eating in bed, she just makes efforts not to leave to many crumbs and clean it after.

Yuume litteraly jumps when you touch her. Because I am ticklish and sensitive to touch she will be like that too LMAO. She hates people tickling her and she tried so hard to hide it from Floyd because he wouldn't let her go if he knew.. Too bad he realized it when he pinched her side and she almost fell off her seat so 2+2 he concluded she was ticklish.. She can basically FEEL when he's about to trap her and tickle her so she always glare at him and goes "No." but he does anyways. And if he receives a kick or two he finds it even more amusing.

HMMMMMMMM.. I know Floyd likes to dance but I forgot about singing, tho I feel he would like it. Yuume would put the music and he would sing. But then she'd join him.

I finally know how Floyd would propose. First of all, they'd marry young for sure, like around 21-22, and even though I didn't really see Floyd committing like that to a relationship, an idea came to me. But first it'll start by them moving to live together hehevrksidj. That'd be because even if Yuume stayed at NRC during the first three years, she can't really go on internship because who would accept someone who doesn't even come from Twisted Wonderland AND can't use magic in a school where students are expected to use it? Yeah no one, even if she has Grim, I think they're most likely to be separated as a duo after third year and Grim can go on internship but she can't. I think Grim would go somewhere along with Ace so he'll go live with him, leaving Yuume alone unfortunately. Anyways, Yuume drops out of NRC after the third year but she still lives in Ramschackle since it's her only way of having somewhere to live. Though she still has to work to gain money, thus she does! She stays at Sage's Island and work idk somewhere and earns her money yayyyy.

Unfortunately she's away from Floyd. I think Azul Jade and Floyd would either chose the same internship or totally different things because Azul would said it's for opportunities for his future business yk anyways.. So Floyd is well.. far. They barely see each other and idk if they have holidays during their 4th year but i don't think so? I'd say only for new year, like a week. During this week Floyd comes to pay his girlfriend a visit ofc! He stays at Ramschackle with her and all.. They hang out in town and wow people ask them if they're married..? Obviously Floyd does think about it but he doesn't want to marry just yet because well he doesn't feel the NEED to yk. Still, before leaving because the one week holiday is coming to an end, Floyd bluntly asks Yuume to come live with him and that he'll be sure to find her a work somewhere and preferably something near where they'll live. It's mainly because Floyd doesn't want to be and can't be without Yuume, he misses her okay? So if she's not working with him at the Mostro Lounge anymore, she can still live with him, so he has a place to come home to, someone's arms to fall asleep into.

If they are in the same internship, I'm guessing the tweels are flatmates in a small apartment or house and Floyd doesn't see a problem with taking Yuume with them, Jade knows her already! If they're not and Floyd lives alone somewhere, well it's even better. Yuume would hesitate but hey, who is she to say no? She's not against discovering a new land and city! So she agrees 😛 The only thing that scared her a little was "what if we break up? He'll throw me out?" But seeing his grin when she agreed totally changed her mind. He's been stuck with her for already two years and she never thought once about being without him, neither did he. So yeah, it's a good idea to live together, they're both 20 and responsible adults anyways, right.

After a year or so, well.. They did argue, they did fight. Plenty. It's different living together than just dating. But their arguements never lasted for longer than one day. They'd never go to bed mad at each other because either Floyd would snuggle up to her and mumble apologies, either Yuume would talk about it because she's not scared of communication and she's able to tell where she's in the wrong and apologize for what she've done. She's good with words and if there's someone that Floyd actually listens to? It's her.

They take lots of walk around the city at night just because. And during one of those, well.. Floyd just, idk, follow his impulse? He knew obviously that he wanted to spend the rest of his days with Yuume, but to him that didn't obligatory mean marriage. But now, watching her yapping about something with the cold air outside? He just blurt out "Hey, Yuume, don'cha think we should get married? We already live together anyways, right?" (Yes, after some time he stops calling her little shrimpy but instead her name)

Yuume would pause, laugh and then goes something like: "Is that really how you propose now..?" But she turns to face him and nod "..But, I mean.. yeah. We could. Or, yeah, should, like you said." And that's it..?
