I have been #journaling since I was a young girl... I have encouraged many to journal also but I have a strategy: write about the positive. I know Some will disagree. Some may feel people should be able to write the negative to get it off of their chest... I'd agree if they were going to burn it afterwards. We never revisit trash after it's thrown out and we don't return to those who hurt us so why would we keep heavy baggage on paper? Why reread the things that made us cry or feel desolate?
