With whom you become... vulnerable... Your emotions peak... You're conscious of all your moves in their regard... You can feel what they feel... and even when you don't you choose to believe you do... You do things for them, that you might even have sworn off as incompatible to you... You feel like you're doing much better with them than anywhere else in your past... So much intensity... So much depth... So much truth... Truth that seems too good to BE true... • • • But every good, has its share of setbacks... And here... it's the fear of losing it to nothing... When you're with them... if you make ONE wrong move - even just a 0.05cm slip - your guilt consumes you... You find yourself spiralling and overthinking... relating back to incidents that may be a decade old... Making sure your bond with them stays firm becomes your top priority... With someone else, you might not even care... but with them... you feel the need to safeguard your bond - coz you know that if you lose it, you're probably never getting the same chance again... other than miraculously... • • • But eventually... it just ends up being an excuse for you to love them more... and probably even learn how much they love you...
