Featherstorm mentored Russetfur, her ex's daughter, which is so interesting. Based on how Warriors likes to do things she probably recognized parts of Hal's mannerisms and/or features in her and maybe started to at least suspect the truth. I wish there was any canon exploration of that at all. Russetfur has to have heard the rumors going around Shadowclan that Featherstorm was mates with a kittypet and Raggedstar and Scorchwind are half kittypet, and Raggedstar and Hal are said to look extremely alike to the point that Yellowfang can easily see that they're related. She probably made the connection that her mentor was sort of her mother in law, but we don't see her acknowledge that or do anything about it. I would say we at least don't see her do anything about it in Yellowfang's Secret but I'm willing to bet she doesn't do anything about it anywhere else either.

Honestly, I didn't know Scorchwind existed XD so happy accident I guess? But honestly it could be some cool lore I could include, Yellowfang has only ever been in love with Raggedstar in this AU even though she had Scorchedclaw with Jake, so being named after her step uncle could be a way of Yellowfang being sentimental. Idk tho, like I said I didn't intend it
That being said they are both orange (or tortie with orange ig) with green eyes so it could be said that there's some resemblance, even though they're not related at all
Scorched is a bit younger here. Ik this isn't at all how cat patterns function but I'm keeping the bit of lore that the grey pattern expands as she gets older.
