And the science also tells us that 80% of our thoughts are negative about ourselves, the environment and time. So if 80% of our thoughts are negative like worrying about what other people think, feeling inferior, and knowing that you lose your mojo, is it any wonder we put things off and talk ourselves out of our goals? I don’t say this lightly but — fuck living under the Procrustean hammer of stress. It’s not only our thoughts, it’s also too much of a hormetic stress (especially on a health kick), mitotoxins, xenobiotic, synthetic vitamins like cyanocobalamin (B12) that’s fortified in our food 👎 and a high omega 6:3 Ratio. It’s a battle ground out there 💥 This causes an uptick in inflammation which then and I quote: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5542678/ “Crosstalk between inflammatory pathways and neurocircuits in the brain can lead to behavioural responses, such as avoidance and alarm” You lose executive control, your energy crashes, everything you’re worried about enters conscious awareness and you want to stay home, and put things off until you “feel better”. Realise, this shit won’t go until you take care of your cellular ecosystem.
