1. @savedbythenotepad: I love Precious so much, guys. Her beautiful headcanons and constant outflow of ideas and thoughts about her OTPs just blows me away. Also, she’s the actual sweetest and totally my Chin. <3

2. @stellarm: Honest to God, she is my fanfic writer crush. Like I have loved every single thing she’s written in one of my fandoms. And her coda series?? *falls over* *cries* brilliant. 

3. @scarletsrogues: Gosh, I love Sarah so much. I will forever love her for getting me into H50 and her Danny-ness chills my Steve-ness out. Also, her fluffy headcanons just feel like you’re being wrapped in a soft blanket and comforted all day.

4. @soiknowwhentoduck: Um smut goddess. Pure and beautiful smut goddess who climbs down from the heavens to bring us beautiful McDanno fics. Seriously, her Behind Bars series? *chef finger kiss* Perfection.

5. @sabrecmc: Not only is she an actual fandom mom who is always happy to give advice and help others, she’s a literary genius and her fics should be revered to the end of time. Also, there’s the @sabrecmcstonyficrecs which is just a fucking godsend.

“I don’t know about this,” Rhodey said nervously. He heard Carol laugh richly, and it warmed him despite his trepidation. His eyes were squeezed shut.

“Is that fear I hear Colonel?” she teased,  “You fly all the time.”

“Yeah, in a weaponized suit. In Earth’s atmosphere. Not in space without a tether.”

Carol floated into his space. Her eyes crinkled in amusement as she knocked her specialized breather gently against the clear front of Rhodey’s helmet.

“I’m your tether.”

Rhodey blinked at her, the bright colors of her uniform and the explosion of stars all around her.

“I love you.”

Their first New Years Eve, Danny didn’t have Grace and sulked about it until Steve laughed at him and convinced him to come to Steve’s to celebrate.

They got a bit drunk and kissed when the ball dropped.

Neither of them remember it.

Their second, third, and fourth New Years Eve, Grace and Danny celebrate at Steve’s again (but sober this time).

But the fifth....Danny and Steve get drunk again. It’s been a rough year. The ball drops and they stare at each other for a couple minutes before Steve surges forward and presses his lips against Danny’s. Danny breaks off with a gasp and yells “WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT”. Steve blushes and starts sputtering about New Years and alcohol.

Danny finds out that the best way to shut Steve up is with kisses.
