Hey love! I hope you're doing well <33. I wanted to ask if you had any resources when it came to satyrs and veneration/worship? Or just how people would interact with them? Ik you interact with them as part of your praxis so I thought I'd ask!
aweee unfortunately I don't ! i honestly just raw dog my relationship with them. I can go a little in depth on my own upg praxi but I don't base it off historical practices. i will however leave this open to any of my followers who may have something that'll help !
my relationship with my local satyroi is probably as close to human friendship as you can get with a divine being. they live their lives like I live mine, and sometimes we meet up and do things together. typically I just hike in their woods and bring them things I find/food offerings. we have a designated spot where I find they like to be so I tend to always meet them there. they enjoy when i bring music to play or stuff to share, they'll dance and play with each other while I eat or read.
so yeah, I have a very casual relationship with them. in my experience, they're extremely easy to get along with and very good at cheering you up. some advice I'd give is you should be careful not to spoil them. you give them an inch, they'll try and sweet talk you into a mile. they're mischievous creatures, it's a good idea to always remember that. setting boundaries helps keep them from nosing their way into anything of yours that intrigues them.

Daily D&D Monster: Satyr
Some people feel bad for satyrs, as they think the noble rustic deities were corrupted by the human invention of wine and alcohol. Which isn't true. Satyrs themselves had a hand in developing wine, and had been downing beer before Minoans had landed on Crete. Satyrs are essentially the personifications of drunkenness and tomfoolery. There's a reason that, early on, they left the Panes to join Dionysus. Of course, there are a subset of satyrs, the silens, that do abstain from the consumption of alcohol, mainly because of their concern with the creation of it. All in all, satyrs are the literal comedy relief of the world, and that's not to be taken for granted in these trying times. -- Also they get irrationally angry when someone mistakes them for fauns and vice versa.
