Today my trainer @Chris (which I love I can take anywhere) said Adversity makes you better. Well isn't that the story of all our lives? I have tons of excuses too. For me if I don't get my workout in before "lazy procrastination Bev" kicks in. It isn't going to happen! 🙈. So finally I was like this will happen whipped up some preworkout ✨ Energy then the clock ⏰ starts no Turing back! Rainy ☔️ windy chilly with hardly any space. I almost skipped it! In my workout, he mentioned "sense of urgency". Interesting because in a book I just read mentioned the same thing. Think of what healthier goals you have and WHY. Then use that to fuel your workout. For me, it's not for a quick fix or bathing suit 👙. It's to stay off Cholesterol meds. And enjoy treats now and again. Then I reminded myself of the extras 👄 I ate last night 🍸🌮🐮. Thinking of everyone effected by the hurricane 🙏. I remember what that was like when we had hurricane Sandy. I remember volunteering every weekend for 5 weeks seeing the destruction and giving help anyway we could. It was so sad to hear of so many stories. Tuesday I'm starting up my New Boot Camp, Releasing Struggles and Turning them into Strength and getting balance. Many had so much fun 🍫🍦 over the summer and NEED to get back to a healthier routine. I still have some spots available and we are going to kick off on Tuesday and it IS going to be AMAZING!
