Director's Notes: Alright. This one has some lore sort of. It's set some time after my PFAR-inspired headcanon/fic+comic WIP @ifyougiveuptoday and @youhavehitawall helped plot, in which Lightning is forced to get his fire certification after he keeps accidentally setting fire to things with his own exhaust (lmao). NOT the case here, these two stayed behind to help for too long, left from a different point, or had to take a detour or something. He's using his license to 1v1 brittle charred softwoods I guess XD. This is more me thinking about how Cup cars are just nigh-indestructible battering rams. Have you ever seen a peeled Gen4.
