okay i planned on responding to this ask with a drawing of said secret holley ship but my right arm refuses to cooperate with me 🙃
in the lemonade mater au, after the lemons killed agent turbo and agent redline, CHROME is thrown into crisis mode. because of that, agent mcmissile was allowed to immediately "promote" one of the trainees into being a fully-fledged spy
he chose holley. to guide her in her first ever mission, CHROME quickly developed an ai program named Agent ALFA (aim trainer, leads investigator, and fieldwork assistant) and embedded it into holley's windshield/dashboard/glasses
but then it turns out that agent ALFA is sentient and she starts straying from her programming by bantering with holley! and holley befriends her! and they fall in love! and also agent ALFA is trying to get holley to uncover a dark truth about CHROME!
it's like this basically. yea the ai is giulia 😭😭
there's. SO much more about ShiftALFA (my crappy shipname for them) but it veers into spoilers about the plot of lemonade mater. but i can tell you that agent ALFA is the main reason why holley ends up defecting from the spies and teaming up with mater

“This is all my fault,” Mater said, looking more anxious than usual. A brief moment of surprise washed over Finn, because an agent wouldn't show fear in such situations. But he left no room for observation. He had to get out of this. He had to free them all from this clock tower. Who would have thought that the very thing Finn had looked at so often could threaten their lives? But there was no time to dwell on it. Finn ran through everything in his mind, all the options, further plans. He always had enough plans and the necessary confidence to remain calm. It looked doable. He just had to free his hands, which were tied behind his back, then he could untie the remaining knots. He knew they would get out of here. “Don’t be a fool, Mater,” he said, chuckling, trying to keep the situation as relaxed as possible, a strange thing to attempt while being stuck in a huge clock. “But I am. Remember? You said so,” Mater replied. Finn huffed. When did I… Oh. Well… “Mater, I was complimenting you on what a good spy you are,” he explained, scanning his surroundings thoroughly. No time for such conversations. He observed the clockwork mechanism closely. How it moved. How it behaved. There were so many options. So many ways out of here. Finn just had to find the right one. “I’m not a spy!” Mater exclaimed. “I’ve been trying to tell you that the whole time.” Finn froze. He looked at Mater, which was a bit difficult from his position. He saw it in his eyes.
Mater wasn’t lying.
Suddenly, everything made more sense. An uneasy feeling made its way into Finn’s mind. His chest tightened. But how could Finn have missed that? How could he, as the mission leader, not have realized it? Maybe he had… but didn’t want to let it be a possibility. It was starting to get a little harder to concentrate. Not as many escape routes seemed possible anymore.
The room seemed bigger than before. “This is bigger than anything we’ve ever seen, and no one even knows it exists! Finn, I need backup, but don’t call the cavalry, it could blow up the operation. And be careful. It’s not safe out here,” Leland’s voice told him in his mind. Backup had arrived too late. “Finn. He’s not joking,” Holley said, her expression no longer as confident as before. Finn looked at her for a long time. She was scared as well. “I’m in diagnostics. I’m… I’m not a field agent,” she had said. And Finn hadn’t given her an option. He couldn’t get backup fast enough, couldn’t tell a real agent from a fake one, was making others risk their lives… Finn looked around. The escape routes he had just seen no longer seemed possible. They were stuck. His hands were stuck. Had the air been this stifling all along? His throat tightened. "I know," he answered softly, closing his eyes. For the first time as an agent, he felt regret. He regretted accepting the mission. Regretted becoming an agent. Regretted… Mater was right. It was all the fool's fault. Except the fool was Finn. Regret was biting his heart. He had never lost his composure before. Something hot stung behind his eyes. Tears? Of a fool.
To finn : what would you do if you saw fillmore crying scared and badly hurt by the lemon cars .?
I suppose it's gonna depend on the scenario here, but I'm assuming you mean the most literal terms where it's just the two of them, and no nearby medics/police/others that are able to help as quickly. In that case for sure, Finn is definitely going into the back of his brain looking for his training on how to care for these specific kinds of injuries.
Though, if it's a situation where the lemons are still there, I think the bigger priority for him is to deal with them before getting to Fillmore's aid. Knowing Finn, he probably has tactics to handle both at the same time - ie, being on the phone mid-fighting and trying to relay information to a very "I'm scared but not surprised" Holley.
Also assuming this is Fillmore in this situation, I'd bet my ass that Mater is zooming at mach seven to his buddy's aid, too.

AU, where Holley had been on the team since before the mission
Holley knew. She didn't have to ask. She knew when Finn and Siddeley returned to the apartment they had converted into a makeshift headquarters for a few weeks. When they came back and only Siddeley greeted her, and Finn remained silent. When Finn avoided eye contact and took longer than usual to take off his jacket. The buttons seemed harder to undo than usual. She knew. When Finn sat on the couch for the rest of the evening, staring at the wall. When he declined the coffee Holley offered. When he refused the meal she had prepared. When Finn simply mentioned that they needed to relocate to continue the mission elsewhere. When Siddeley made some phone calls, which had usually been Finn's responsibility. When Finn packed Leland's things and prepared everything for their departure. When the suitcases were next to the door, ready to be taken tomorrow. Holley didn't ask why Leland hadn't packed his own things. She didn't ask why Finn was silent. She didn't even need to ask Siddeley. The silent glances they exchanged spoke volumes. She knew. She saw the guilt in Finn's eyes. When Finn told her she'd probably have to be a field agent now. She knew why. She hadn't expected to become a replacement. But she wasn't going to let them down. She knew Leland wasn’t coming back.
