Okay so I ended up not running today because it's been pouring rain and storming outside all day (there's actually a small thunderstorm going on now?) And I didn't want to risk that in my still slightly sick state :/ but my trail shoes arrived! They're even prettier in real life haha. I had to take a photo while you can still see the colours because I'm sure that won't last long 😄 if everything works as I have it planned I get to try them out on a little trail run tomorrow after work. And after that, I'm going to a yoga class at my climbing gym with a friend from lab. I'm so excited for that, I haven't been to an actual yoga class in ages!

I woke up early this sunday to go for a short morning run. But, as I started jogging, I realised how cold and slippery it was. So the run ended up as morning walk rather than a workout. Coming home, a bit sad, my dad said that every workout is a good workout. And that sometimes it is better to walk than to do nothing at all. :)
