He talks softly, which shouldn't make her heart skip a beat, but something about how he'll look at her — physically down at her but not, you know, in a bad way. Just. He used to be shorter than her she thinks. He's not anymore. And his shoulders are broad and she's just glad that he still wears long sleeves that are on the looser side and she doesn't have to actually deal with all of that.
