Personal Notes: DIY, Arki, Birthday, ETCETERA. Reminiscing My March!
My March is always the most breathtaking. My birthday falls on my annual "hectic month", exactly why I love remembering how all the adrenaline rush and RnR happened despite the hurdle.
It started March 1, with my LArch 146 students lab work. We helped showcase the green house models of the ARCH class of Sir Litonjua by adding our nursery plants underneath.
Dinner at Cyma. OPA! It was also my first trial of the PicCollage app that I now abuse for collaging all photos I took every special day.
Because I now have my Piccollage app, I also did a nice "frame" for my LArch 12 Class Presentation that happened end of February.
Haraya 2013 happened. I was able to showcase my work and the students' works. This model was done by the Interior Design students of the University who also took Arch classes as part of their course. This model made me want to bring in my Barbie's and Poly Pockets. My students works were also featured!
I saw the QC Circle from a pedestrian level! Visited the Annual Orchid Show with the mother just to enjoy the display and shop for plants. As the adviser of UPCLAS, I had to support my students' work too!:) They participated and made their own flora display. Although we had no orchid wonderland, the way they handled and showcased their talent already made me proud. Congratulations to the team!
Somewhere between the hectic month, we had visitors coming in to review! Congratulations to those who made it to this year's LArch Licensure Exam.:)
In love with this pop-up collection that made my birthday so exciting. Thank 'Yu for my Robert Sabuda Beauty and the Beast pop-up book!
Travelogue. I am trying to revamp my other blog to do a travelogue of all things nice, gastronomic, and exciting. This month, I took a short weekend break to travel with the family. SG view from the plane.
Looks like tilt shift! But definitely not. Sentosa Cable car view.
My lovely family at the Gardens by the Bay.
The day after my birthday, I attended a short talk delivered by Ma'am G.:) Although it was a very exciting talk, the news a dear friend told me after the talk made me sad.:( Posting this photo to remind me of how everything can be bittersweet.
We traveled to Candaba one weekend to attend a wedding. Somewhere between being lost and worried, we saw this very rural cuteness.
And Kuya Poel is back with all his art works and exhibits! Supporting one of my mentor-friend during his Exhibit entitled, "One Life".
Because it was my birthday month, we spent another eating spree at Spiral. I love the cheese room!:)
Lexy and I visited Paj!:) I love this cute inaanak.:)
My favorite people in a Piccollage. Dinner, finally after several months!!:)
and giving back something to Him.:) Thank you for my March!:)
