i also don't like this depiction of susan and abby as these cool mean girls, and it does continue on from here from what i remember. and it is difficult to talk about the privilege because carter is privileged, and he's also an egotistical manipulative jerk at times, and he behaves in quite a juvenile fashion in the episode as well. and susan in particular is one to address all of these to him, but she would never address her own behavior in turn

(Also I love how Hawkeye’s response to Margaret ranting about it is sympathetic enough but ultimately lacking. He’s a good man, and still he’s blind to the situation. Sadly realistic imo.)

To me one of the beautiful aspects of getting high is that every second feels as though it could last years. Like it’s so languid. It’s so one-track mind. I can’t focus on more than one thing at a time. I just drift from one thought to the next with no backlog

Like. My brain isn’t immediately and absently start mentally cataloguing everything that I’ve thought, plus the line of thought that preluded everything leading to THAT thought, and all that metacognitive reasoning.
