D = Dirty secret (pretty self explanatory, a dirty secret of theirs)

A dirty secret of Ryan’s is that he has a bit of a submissive side. He’s always portrays himself as a confident guy, but deep down he loves the thought of losing control and letting someone else take charge in the bedroom.
