Credit to @marcela_triathlete : ⚡ This is me 🏊🏼♀️ swimming everyday trying to recover from last Sunday read this quote this morning and reminds me last Sunday run 👉🏻”THE HARDEST THE BATTLE, THE SWEETER THE VICTORY” ...............Each time I’m placing my feet on the pavement and waiting behind the starting line, excited, feeling butterflies in my stomach and in the case of last Sunday, very cold 🥶 , I say to myself 👊🏻 I AM READY to fight the biggest battle since the small ones have been done during everyday training. Running last Sunday in that cold was extremely challenged for me; at one point I though that I wasn’t going be able to finish, but I pushed so hard not just with my legs, I pushed with my heart and my soul to finish. When I finished I was freezing and kind of disappointed with my time but then after I couple of hours, I received the great news that I’d gotten the 3rd Place AG 🥉( first time in Houston). At the beginning I didn’t believe it and I said “Are you sure? Please check again 👀” but YESSSSS I got it 💪🏻.
