New @flagnorfail crop sweatshirt is the best. Helped cheer me up a bit. I’ve been in my head too much the past couple days. Video doesn’t look like much, but doing deadlifts at all is a big step for me. A year and a half out from spine surgery and I feel so weak compared to my former self who regularly did sets of 275#.
