This has been one of the best days I’ve had in a long time. Haven’t benched more than 65 lbs since my surgery. Today I did 150# for 2 reps and it wasn’t even that hard. I got to listen to DLB and Bonnie talk about lifting and learning to be comfortable as a woman with an “atypical” body and be in a sport most people may not understand. I met a lot of awesome people. Life remains very stressful and marriage is still in a rough spot, but school is going very well, as is training. Going to try and post more often after the next two weeks when finals end and I have a month break from class.

Growing up, I hated sweat pants and pajama pants, insisting on wearing jeans at all times, even lounging around in bed. I’m talking up until right out of high school. Clearly I was an idiot. I love sweat pants and my new ones arrived from FlagNorFail and I’m never taking them off.
