She said the gym, at 234 Westwood Shopping Center, will hold its grand opening May 17, offering a variety of fitness classes like yoga, Barre, HIIT, Zumba, Mixxed Fit and Pilates.

Bex said that after building a client base from her Fayetteville home, she spent months working to secure a permanent space. The journey to opening, she said, has been surreal, but once she finally gained access this spring, the momentum hasn’t slowed.

"We’ve waited for this moment," she said April 9. "Once we got it, it was game on."

Bex said Gracefully Fit is not a traditional public gym. Instead, she said, the 4,230-square-foot facility is entirely class- and training-based, with structured programming, group sessions and personal training by appointment.

"We are solely programmed classes and personal training," she said. "We’re not a come-as-you-please gym and that’s intentional."

Bex, a mother of three, said she also understands the importance of support for parents and has partnered with the daycare next door to offer discounted childcare packages for Gracefully Fit members.

"It allows moms to take a step away from their titles," she said. "They can focus on themselves without worry."

Bex said the gym includes a revive lounge with wellness features like a cold plunge, infrared sauna and compression therapy, which she said are amenities not commonly found in gyms.
