Yeast Bread Recipe Using this recipe that calls for rye flour and rye flakes, you can make Danish-style rye bread at home in your bread maker.
‘Smorrebord’ Kopenhag’a gelince mutlaka kapalı pazaryeri ‘Torvehallerne’de tatmanız gereken Danimarka’ya özgü bir lezzet.🇩🇰🇩🇰 Bir tür açık sandviç gibi olan bu enfes ‘Smorrebrod’ çörek niyetine yenilebilecek lezzetteki ayçekirdekli çavdar ekmeği ‘Rugbrod’ dilimi üzerine tepeleme konulan özel mayonez soslu karidesle hazırlanmış.😋😋 Yenilebilen çiçek, dereotu ve limonla servis edilen ‘Smorrebrod’ küçük gibi görünse de aslında öğle yemeği için son derece doyurucu ve şaşırtıcı derecede rafine bir lezzet, yanında Danimarka birası ile harika gidiyor.👍👍 🇬🇧_________________________________________ ‘Smorrebord’ is a Danish open sandwich that you should taste at the indoor market ‘Torvehallerne’ gelince when you visit Copenhagen.🇩🇰🇩🇰 This exquisite ‘Smorrebrod’ is made with delicious rye bread ‘Rugbrod’, shrimps and special sauce made with mayo.😋😋 ‘Smorrebrod’ served with edible flowers, dill and lemon, may seem small, but it is full meal for lunch with surprisingly refined taste and best with some Danish beer.👍👍 _______________________________________ #torvehallerne #Smorrebrod #rye #shrimps #Rugbrod #Danish #beer #kobenhavn #sandwich #Copenhagen #Denmark #Europe #Christianhavn #traveler #travelblogger #Danimarka #Kopenhag #karides #sandviç #manzara #iskandinav #baltık #tatil #NeGezdik (at Torvehallerne KBH) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bynn0JegjcC/?igshid=2phkvo3sozso

On a more serious note; Have you ever drawn anything? (cause hell yeah I support art from anyone), also; Have you ever been to europe? (you could ellaborate if you want to about where if you did?)
I have! I actually attempted to get back into drawing earlier last month and LOL FUCK THAT. As for Europe, I went to Denmark for six weeks, and lived in Copenhagen with my exchange student! I love Europe. Dear god take me back. Everything has a history over there and its just so beautiful… *sigh* I miss rugbrød ;3;
A toddler-friendly Danish lunch plate--fish cakes, rye bread with butter--from our kitchen in Copenhagen (17.5 months, in Copenhagen, Denmark)
It's about time...
... I finally told the lovely Rugbrøds followers how to make some good ol' Rugbrød. It is a two day process, so take heed
Rugbrød is a bit tricky, and this is not the easiest recipe out there, so a slightly experienced level of kitchen finesse can be required.
´Here what you will need to acquire in order produce two lovely Rugbrøds. Day one
350 g of Surdej
250 g wheat flour'
750 g rye flour
8 dl tap water (if it's safe for drinking of course)
1,5 tsp salt
Day two
0,5 l of dark beer, alcohol free or not
1 dl tap water (if it's safe for drinking of course)
1 tsp brown sugar
450 g cracked rye kernels
Now for the making!
First day of baking
Combine the flours, stir in water gradually. Stir in salt along with the Surdej - the consistency should be on of a somewhat liquid batter, not so much a dough.
Second day of baking
Extract 3 dl of the batter, and save it for next time you bake a Rugbrød - for your Surdej!
Stir beer, water, brown sugar along with cracked rye kernels into the rest of the batter that has been rising overnight
Part the batter into two greased Rugbrød-tins
Cover and let rise for an additional 6-8 hours
Time to bake Bake for about 1,5 hour in a pre-heated oven at 175° C When done, take out and cover with a clean dishtowel and let completely cool. Slice up and you're ready to enjoy delicious, homemade Rugbrød.
It is quite a process to produce good Rugbrød, but it will definitely be worth it.
