Salmon salad was made out of smoked flaky salmon, creme fraiche, mayo, onion, capers, roe and lemon. It was too salty but still enjoyable nonetheless. Would probably try to make it one day but go easier on the salt.
🐷🥔🥪 Danish Meatball Smorrebrod (75 DKK, ~$14.65)
Meatball itself is alright. Thoroughly enjoyed this combo with the potato salad.
Both open faced sandwiches were served on dark rye bread.
Things are really ex here! The market was quite interesting with lots of other food stalls and seafood. Managed to snag some really expensive gravalax and smoked greenland halibut.
