I couldn't decide whether to add a question tag or end the title with fullstop. Do they really matter? 'Racism' that's been a trending topic all around the globe. The roots of racism has grown deeper and deeper into the society as well as entire world. This was not a new controversial thing until, May 25, 2020, George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man, died handcuffed behind his back and prone on a Minneapolis, Minnesota street, while white police officer Derek Chauvin knelt on his neck for almost nine minutes. Many social activists and common people protested against racism.
Everywhere on social media people are protesting against racism #blacklivesmatter. Okay! So the same people are the ones who use Fair and lovely, beauty filters to look fair! Preaching what you don't practice would never make even a slight difference to the world. We judge people based their complexion, body, their past stories, dressing and thier choices, lifestyle and literally everything. Fat people are told to eat less, workout more. Skinny ones to eat more. Black ones are suggested skin lightening treatments and beauty regimes . LGBT community are not accepted in society even though they're legally accepted by the constitution. This is also racism. Each day people are dealing through hell, just because they've been bullied constantly. This thoroughly clarifies that we have objection over the Almighty's creation, isn't it? The creator created every soul with diversity, but synthesized them with humanity and love.
I've seen people who flaunt thier dark complexion, bold and beautiful. I've seen plus size people smiling and cherishing the extras they've been blessed with. Skinny, fat, white, black, tribe, culture, religion bias ; why did we even start this race? I believe that only one race exists that's the 'Human Race'. Stop being discriminating over these phenomena.
Every individual has their own story. Everyone needs to be treated with equality and equity. And I believe the day we treat each other with humanity and respect, peace shall profilate. Every person is beautiful. You just need to read the soul instead of the face, complexion,tribe or any other spectacle. Every person is a miracle gifted to Earth, ensued by patience of nine months and great struggle of a mother.
