I FINALLY finished this king sized Lucky Links Irish Chain quilt too! I actually started it this time LAST YEAR 😨 I just kept getting distracted by other more immediate projects, and I was intimidated by quilting a king sized quilt on my domestic machine. It worked out just fine though!
I used Ruby Star fabrics for the colorful blocks, as well as the scraps from those blocks and some Kaffe Fassett scraps to make the binding. The backing is a thrifted Costco bed sheet that I rescued from the bee farm :)
I love it! It's the first quilt that I made just for me!

Oh hey I almost forgot to show y’all my second sack-disguise for Vex.
This is Velvet. Why’s he called Velvet? I dunno.
Why did I make a second sack-disguise for Vex? Well ok listen here’s the thing:
Basically I felt like keeping Jinx’s existence mostly in my ‘Demigods & Orbs’ universe, and I liked that idea a lot but I still wanted to have ‘disguised Vex shenanigans’ with the LBP and SABA characters/OCs. So being the impulsive character designer I am, I made Velvet.
So uh yeah, Jinx is for my story’s universe while Velvet will just be for general character interaction within the LBP/SABA universe.
And to show what I mean, I made this quick comic with Velvet and my LBP OC, Ruby.
And uhhh that’s about all I’ve got for now, I hope y’all like him!
