it'll definitely be tedious and will take a while, but that's part of the point of it.

i have a ton of granny squares from when i worked at that local creative reuse nonprofit, so i'm sewing them together & leaving one side open to add a bit of fluffy filling into eventually. then i'll either borrow my little sister's sewing machine or have her sew everything together on her machine!

I’ve also been struggling to find an autumn color skirt that wasn’t made out of wool [or polyester, ick], and actually fit me without the involvement of elastic

Now if I were to say that I wanted to try using fabric dye [like pumpkin spice orange] on the fabric, would it turn out like I hope it will….

i sewed this cute cover for my diary yesterday !! it’s kinda wonky but i love it ~

the fabric captures my essence well, like it’s so me!!

i doubled the silk fabric with a plain one to add thickness;

sewed a button and the gold ribbon so i can wrap it;

and i made a space to put the fountain pen my dad gave me, (i’ll try customizing it one day it’s too plain) !
