I have always been passionate about health, wellness and helping others achieve their dreams, but I never expected how grateful I would feel to be a part of one's personal journey. . . Every Sunday lately, I find myself at @rootwildkombucha, the incredible new kombucha bar in Portland. Today, I went on my own to fill up my growler. I decided to do a little small business crawl and go to my favorite spots in the neighborhood to buy local and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Root Wild was my last stop and has me in reflection mode. 📝 . . I have been been on a bit of a streak lately riding my @onepeloton bike for the 13th day in a row and drinking kombucha daily from Root Wild. My body feels more vibrant and alive than ever before. The more I ride, the more I nourish my body and the more I connect with others, the more energy I have to give to the world. 💗 . . Today was particularly fun to stop in at Root Wild and chat straight up kombucha from the roots of the business to goals for the future. ✨ Root. Wild.✨The act of taking root. The formation of a symbiotic union with the earth, drawing nutrients to nourish and grow. What are you rooting into this winter? What dreams are you nourishing? My new favorite part of the weekend are my Sunday afternoons of lingering conversation at Root Wild. Nourishing relationships, sharing ideas. This afternoon's conversation ebbed and flowed over cycling, travel, wellness retreats, symbiotic cultures, glamping, health coaching, yoga, skiing and dance.
