Year 2. Starting seminary & interning at NVC were some of the most difficult decisions that I've made last yr. Still a bit unsure if I did the right thing agreeing to commute every week, nor whether I've done that great of a job at NVC. As I end my summer in Norcal I still carry a lot of those doubts with me to SD, but I do find that I've definitely grown and been humbled a ton this past yr - really digging deep into the fact that everything that I'm doing, is because God had allowed/called me and strengthened me to do so. And that in some way or another God is using me for His purpose, and is making all things work together for my good and theirs (#Rom828). I don't expect this year to be perfect, but I do pray that I'd be able to unselfishly give my church my all. Much thankful for everyone that had encouraged me and helped me get to where I am today. I hope that I could make y'all proud, and see God really moving in my service - not b/c I'm so great, but b/c our God really is an awesome God. Here's to year 2. Thank You God for trusting me to do Your work, even when I have so little to offer. May You have Your way in me. #Philippians413 (at San Diego, California)
