Perhaps my best form straddle planche to date! . Last week, I swapped out my Thursday yoga session to bring forward my bent-arm planche workout and fit in another calisthenics workout. By Thursday this week, I was more than ready for an active rest day so yoga was back on. . This set me up nicely for a bent-arm planche progression workout to close out the week. .
