Rich right? :D I'm so sorry if it's not Rich but I just assumed it's him because I lowkey didn't watch the show in so long (I gotta do it again sometime soon I miss the loser the geek or whatever)
CD burning! Michael makes CD's for the people that he loves because they combine two of the things he likes the most: music and the true 90's spirit. He got Rich into the bands that he likes and now they both jam to Bob Marley etc.
Long car rides after dark (a stop at 7/eleven for Slushies is mandatory) they put on some music and sing with their windows rolled down without care in the world.
Rich is actually good with video games so they meet up in Michael's basement and just play Doom or smth all night Christine and Jeremy often join them.
Double dates with Christine and Jeremy! They go to cinema's and fast food restaurants. Bonus: They saw Hamilton (the movie) in teathers. Michael and Christine came dressed up and Rich and Jeremy had to accept that.
They spend HOURS on the phone when they aren't together. They literally call each other almost every evening to do their HW together. It's like 40% of actually working and 60% yapping (me and my friend did that she told me about Taylor Swift and stuff :D)
They also love sleepovers. A pillow fight always breaks out and they get popcorn and drink Dr. Pepper.
Rich posts so much Michael on his Instagram it's almost as if his account was a fan page. He also tags those photos with some corny ahh # like "my one and only" "true love" "relationship goals"
They also send each other those memes that are like [insert two characters] captioned "us?" Or send each other links to song that remind them of the other.
Michael got Rich into kandai so now they both have matching bracelets! And it's one of the small gifts they like to give the other. Rich also got a bracelet that says "drink water" because he'll lowkey forget to do that.
Ah they also play D&D with Christine and Jeremy! They spent almost all summer doing that. Best summer in Rich's whole life may I add.
Michael got Rich on the hellsite (tumbrl) and now he tags him in all of the posts that remind him of Rich. They also reblog each other's stuff.
Rich watched Stranger Things and convinced Michael to do that too. Suprisingly he did like it and now they both ship Byler. (They wrote a 20K words fanfic about that and posted it on Michael's ao3)
When they move in together they get a cat and a dog (probably golden retriever and an orange cat) The cat's name is Pac-Man and the dog is named Mario.
Michaels' moms absolutely love Race! They couldn't be happier with who their son is dating and even when they got married and moved in they're still invited for a dinner on Saturday.
After dinner they always watch some crappy reality TV like the real housewives. No one really likes the show but it's fun, it's entertaining and it's the tradition.
Also Rich and Michael watch a few episodes of some series' every Friday. They once decided to watch the last of Us and for a completly unrelated reason Rich wanted to sleep extra close to Michael for the next week of so.
Rich became a teacher when he grew up (Michael makes video games but that's unrelated) and his students met Michael on a few occasions when he stopped by to bring his husband the lunch he forgot to pack. They all think he's very cool and always ask Rich about him and their pets. He was forced to show them pictures of their cat on like five different occasions.
