Haven't deadlifted off the floor in almost 3 months. Figured have some fun today. 425 bar weight with the medium bands and 200lbs of total chain weight at the top. This is a failed attempt at 440 with reverse bands. I hit 405 and 425 before this without much trouble. I was reasonably sure I would have this, but you can see the bar drift forward as soon as I start coming out of the hole. I just couldn't save it. It's been a while since I've missed a rep, and I would rather it not happen three weeks out from a meet. I'm not too worried about it, though.
