Stroudsburg softball pitcher was tested last night from 2 months of training at the facility twice a week. She increased over 10" in her broad jump. She did more push ups squats sit ups. Her speed increased by .5 seconds and her sprint with the sled increased 1.0. These are just some of the numbers these girls have did over the few months of training. We have been doing a ton of jumping on boxes with weight vests ankle weights and it showing to prove its working to increase all avenues we are trying to achieve!! #stroudsburg #ironcore #pitcher #softball #ironcoreathlete #ironcorestrong

Amazing to see athletes progressing. Seth has been working for 2 months with us and hit a safety bar box squat of 335-5 easy reps yesterday. This is going back to 245-10 reps last month. Shoutout to quarterback Nick Brotzman. Came into winter training with getting strong. Coach laid out the foundation for coming back stronger than ever. Tried 225 on the bench in the beginning and did not do it. Did a few weeks of band training and today text me saying he hit 245lbs.
