Danmuji ist ein Rezept aus der koreanischen Küche. Eine Küche, die ich vor allem in Sachen Kimchi und Kimbap kenne. Zu Kimbap gehört Danmuji eigentlich immer dazu. Man kann es aber auch einfach als ganz normale Beilage zu anderen Gerichten auftischen. Danmuji kann übrigens monatelang im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden, wird aber natürlich über die Zeit nicht besser.
