Ever since Jason's death Dick has kept an extra eye on the new Robins.

Jon Kent is "partially Immune" to Kryptonite. He can't die from it like his father can, but it temporarily takes away his powers, if it makes its way into his blood stream then it knocks him out for a few hours.

Respawn brags about being Damians biological brother to bother the other robins, it gets under Grayson's skin a little bit, but he feels embarrassed by it because he's a grown ass man and it shouldn't annoy him.

It took everything in their power for half the Justice league to not beat up Bruce or kill the Joker themselves. They might not have liked Jason, but he was still a kid.

Lois tries to bond with Conner, yes, he isn't her son by blood, but she's, his stepmother. Lex and Lois sometimes fight over who's a better parent to Conner.

Okay the reason why Respawn is older than Damian is (at least in my head cannon)

Even though Damian was born first, he died at 10 (classic Robin move 💀), and was dead for almost a year.

Meanwhile, Respawn was alive during that whole time.

Grant and Respawn are absolutely feral.

The hallway? Trashed.

A decorative katana? Broken.

Someone’s boot? Stuck in the ceiling.

Slade finally has enough, grabs one by the collar (Grant) and the other by the back of the armor (Respawn) and slams them against opposite walls like a dad who’s five seconds from faking his own death and moving to the Himalayas.

Slade: “ENOUGH. Grant—come on, you’re older. You need to be the mature one.”

Grant, fuming, snarling, actual steam coming out of his ears:

“HE STABBED ME WITH A FORK.”

Respawn (arms crossed, looking smug): “You tried to give me cranberry sauce with raisins and called it tactical nutrition.”

Grant lunges. Slade blocks.

And in that exact millisecond, Respawn—with Olympic-level precision—flashes Grant the dirtiest middle finger known to man. One-handed, smug, casually disrespectful. It radiates you were born from a CVS receipt and I hope your shampoo spills and you trip over it TWICE.

Grant:

“YOU SEE THAT??”

Slade turns to look at Respawn.

Respawn, now suddenly sweet as sin, has tucked his hands behind his back, tilted his head just so, and is blinking innocently like a freshly bathed kitten.

Respawn: “See what, Dad?”

Grant:

“YOU LITTLE—!”

Slade, rubbing the bridge of his nose, walks away mid-scream like a man who’s seen too much, lost too much, and now just wants peace and maybe a really strong whiskey.
