Rerir is seen as a little brother by the sinners. When the catalyst happens he the shoved into the moon gate and tholandis is a sinner now. After the catalyst, rerir gets teleported to nod krai and the island were the frost moon sicons are on. He sense a dying baby and channels his life force to the body. This columbina and him basically shoving a ton of his life force basically rewrites her dna, she is now solely his kid. The women see this and basically say he birth kuutar, that isn’t true but they don’t listen. Columbina adores her dad and loves him a ton for raising her. She leaves nod krai after an altercation and wants to avoid the women of the moon. They tried to attack her dad. She is not happy and gets roped into joining the fatui but doesn’t reveal her dad’s identity or name. She is very private but dislikes tholandis for in her mind abandoning her dad.

When nod krai happens rerir is there to protect his daughter but keeps himself hidden no not attracted attention. When tholandis shows up and attacks columbina, he reacts and reveals himself to block the attack. Capitano is very shocked to see him as he hasn’t aged in 500 years. Tholandis thinks that he is an illusion created by kuutar and gets more angry at how dare this goddess use her one true love as bait for her. After a lot of fighting, rerir finally gets through to her and she stops fighting, she just hugs her love and gives him kisses and begs for forgiveness. Columbina is not amused. She is chill around tholandis but doesn’t forgive her for leaving her dad alone for 500 years.

Sinner Tholindis is going through it, huh. Woman literally went through hell and back to get her hubby back, and does do it... after practically going insane after being ripped and put back together, and nearly kills Rerir!MC and their... daughter?!

Can you imagine how Sinner Tholindis reacted when Rerir!MC explained how Columbina came to be?

Also, poor her. Even after things calmed down, her new daughter hates her... don't worry though, Rerir!MC offers Sinner Tholindis comfort.

I take it the Crimson Moon Dynasty encourages/supports Tholindis marrying Rerir!MC, since he’s faking their deaths instead of actually killing them? Or at least, him saving them is one reason why Tholindis proposes to him. A shame they had to postpone the ceremony because of Vedrfolnir’s imprisonment and then the Cataclysm. The group must have been really looking forwards to it. ☹️

It is rather funny that the Sinners et al have no idea Rerir!MC is the Rächer of Solnari and think he’s an “innocent bean”, though I supposed compared to the (rest of the) Sinners he is “innocent” - probably saving more people than killing them.

Rerir!MC is very dad-shaped, and the only reason he hadn’t adopted in Khaenri’ah was 1. his job, and 2. all the kids he could adopt were the ones whose deaths he had just faked. He had no such problems with Columbina - he’s only sad that Tholindis isn’t here to help raise their daughter.

Aaaand of course the Scions think Rerir!MC birthed Columbina. Not the strangest thing to happen in mythology (there’s weirder by a wide margin). Did his eyes help them come to that inclusion - since they’ve got the usual starry pupil? Also his assassin habits are showing with the statue (Nobody should know what he looks like)!

…The Ratniki aa a result of Rerir!MC’s empty nest syndrome. Flins and Rerir!MC coparent them. Maybe have a similar situation as with Flins!MC - Ratniki and Scions beefing over “Kuutar’s mother/father”?

Does Columbina have any obvious Khaenri’ahn habits that Pierro and Thrain could pick up on? Or any habits that Rerir!MC has and gave to her? Does she mention her father (and absent/dead mother) at all? When her and Dottore are still close, does she introduce him to her father (does Dottore get adopted)?

Nice subversion of the gems/body fragments! Since Tholindis is a member of the Crimson Moon dynasty she wouldn’t be destroyed like the original Rerir was. What about the Wild Hunt? Are they homunculi or constructs instead? Victims of the Abyss turned members of the Hunt? Since Rerir!MC doesn’t fight the Hunt, I suppose he’s training the Ratniki instead? Does he adopt Aino (and Ineffa)? Khaenri’ah was rather “modern” compared to the rest of Teyvat, wasn’t it? Does he force the ratniki to attend her lessons or are they more willing to go due to Rerir!MC’s influence?

Awwww, he’s so loyal to his wife! How flustered is Tholindis when she regains her body/returns to Teyvat from the moon’s reflection? That is her husband everybody!!! (The Ratniki’s reaction to the leader of the hunt flirting with their founder!!!!) Assuming this goes similar to the game, what is Dainsleif’s reaction to finding Rerir!MC? What about him adopting Columbina (and others)?

The idea alone of the remnants of the Crimson Moon Dynasty aproving Tholindis marriage to Rerir!MC, even possibly encouraging her to marry him is an awesome idea!

Hm... this also makes me imagine that because of Rerir!MC saving and smuggling out so many of the Crimson Moon Dynasty Pre-Cataclysm there's more survivors and descendants around Teyvat. Meaning Arlecchino has more living relatives.

And yes, Rerir!MC is definitely the most Dad-shape person ever. He literally made the Lightkeeper organization cause of empty nest syndrome! He is dad material!

Which is why I agree to the idea of him adopting Aino and Ineffa! And possibly Linnea too once her 'parents' run off!

Flins is basically his bro, his bff who helps him 'look after' the 'kids'.

....Imagine if Flins had a crush on him, but respected Rerir enough to not say anything cause he was a taken man.

Sides that, yes, yes, YES. Rerir!MC is a loyal hubby, and this flustereds Sinner Tholindis to no end.

Oh and when the cataclysm happens Rerir!MC pushes Tholindis out of the way of a moon gate and falls in. Cue Tholindis becoming a sinner and unknown to the other sinners who went even more insane because Rerir!MC died, Rerir is spit out seconds later in Nod Krai and then Columbina is formed in front of him, names her Columbina, becomes her dad basically (she calls him papa and is a feral bean), and then the Frostmoon acions misinterpret things.

The scions think he was a moon deity and gave birth to Columbina/made her. Many statues of them both except his face is always covered by a hood.

Oh and before everything the sinners basically claimed Rerir as theirs and were/is feral over him because he’s and innocent bean (they have no idea that he’s seen death, that he’s killed people [truly horrendous people tho], that he’s busted child trafficking/selling rings, etc. Dainsleif is also feral too. Capitano and Pierro are as well. The nine of them where one giant family essentially that orbited Rerir.

When Columbina leaves it’s from Rerir!MC’s insistence and she vows to find a home for BOTH of them. Rerir!MC made the Ratniks actually and yea. When Flins came around the two became fast freinds. Rerir!Mc is worried about many things and often doesn’t sleep, or eat. Laura and him basically adopt everyone, he adopts her too but shh, don’t tell her that.

Also Columbina knows about her ‘mama’ Tholindis but is reluctant because the woman leaves her papa alone, has been gone and her papa his so sad because of her so Columbina kinda despises Tholindis.

Rerir!MC never actually fights the Wild Hunt, instead he leaves bright pink gems where he knows it frequents. He has no idea who the sinner is that replaced him (he thinks Tholindis is dead but he’s forever loyal, dude still has his ring and often fiddles with it) but he’s hoping to get on their hood side so he can make a deal with them so they don’t hurt Nod Krai. Also when leaving the gems no one, not even Tholindis or the Wild Hunt, see him.

Please help me I beg of you, I for the life of me cannot expand on this idea

Adding to this is the idea of Rerir!MC being a badass and not killing kids! He has such dad energy! He literally adopted Columbina rhe first moment he met her! True dad in the making!

Now I wonder how Sinner Tholindis will take to her daughter and the various other 'kids'her fiance adopted... especially since Columbina dislikes her, oh boy-

...I'm going to be honest, I'm also running blanks on how to add to this idea. I literally stared at this ask foe nearly an hour trying to think of ideas but nothing... 😅

They probably have separate accounts only so that they could explore teyvat together.

They also probably used the new Manekins to make themselves in game and take photos of cute scenarios and each other.

Rerir!mc wouldn't kill kids, if anything he would probably find if their living situation is good and get the kid(s) into hiding with their parents.

If any kid didn't have a good home life they would get placed with any of the other crimson moon descendants, rerir would probably kill the parents who were not taking proper care of their kids and if it was an abusive relationship between the parents,kill the abusive one and hide both the kid and their other parent.

Rerir!MC not killing kids related to the Bloodmoon dynasty is awesome! Makes me wonder if he possibly rescued Arlecchino's ancestors all those years ago before the cataclysm.

But the part where you talked about them falling in the portal and gets spat back out right in the middle of the sinners and Dain has to my fave part.

The sinners seem to genuinely like Rerir!MC and Tholindis!MC which is nice to think about. Them being like "You two good?" with even Dain joining in before they all got back to the plot, lol.

Like Sinners, the big bad, and Dainsleif being all like "Traitors-"... and then we got Rerir!MC and Tholindis!MC sitting there, watching this shit show pan out.

So considering all of this i guess they end up traveling with Dainsleif and the Abyss Sibling? Or do you think they still end up in Nod Krai? Though, if that's so, I honestly don't think Rerir!MC would try to kickstart the Wild Hunt... or at least not on purpose.

Now... the Creator au side of things. I like where we're going with it. Like imagine if Teyvat actually think the two Creators hate one another and are enemies. Many even thinking the female Creator was evil since she represented darkness... only to be completely wrong and both Creators were very much married and in love~

Interesting... a Rerir!MC... hm, well, I think between the two of them, they probably would've played Genshin together, maybe even sharing an account before their deaths. So, they know the plot... oh god, they're going to die-

Besides that, can I just say it now? I don't think Rerir!MC would go down the similar path Canon Rerir did... by that, I mean assassinating line of work. He isn't killing kids! At most, I see him actually helping them escape, faking their deaths and all that so the King wouldn't noticed.

He still ends up becoming friends with Dainsleif. May or may not brothernap him from Vedrfolnir, lol. His little brother now.

But, oh, them both falling into the portal is bad, their bodies torn apart and put back together, but at least they have each other? And Dainsleif. They have Dainsleif. Damn it, they weren't going to leave him alone, so help them!

And then there's the Creator au idea for this. Two Creators, ying and yang, light and darkness... I can see Tholindis!MC being the 'Light' side of being Creator, while Rerir!MC is the 'Dark' side... though, you would think that meant they hate each other, but they don't. Sorry if that doesn't make sense...

Rerir!mc and Tholindis!mc probably did rescue arlecchino's ancestors.

The only thing the sinners and dainsleif can agree on is that Tholindis!mc and Rerir!mc are perfect for each other.

Any other time they are fighting.As for where they ended up at , I have two ideas 

A. They do end up traveling with dainsleif and abyss sibling, acting as mediators to any argument between the two, aka dainsleif and abyss sibling are still in somewhat good terms with each other.

B. They end up in nod-krai, and maybe that's where they hid the other crimson moon descendants, so there's a hidden community of them there

  Also arlecchino doesn't grow up in the orphanage run by crucabena but she probably takes a page out of rerir!MC's book and still kills her after finding out what she did to her own daughter .

So arlecchino probably still becomes a fatui harbinger and takes over the orphanage.

creators Tholindis!mc and rerir!mc:

Teyvat probably has stories of the creators as a couple but because history gets distorted over time a word probably got translate as enemies instead of lovers. 

what do you think any statue of them would look like?

I think older statues would depicted them holding hands or with Tholindis!mc on rerir!mc's lap

The rescue of arlecchino's ancestors still happens in this universe  and all events that go after it

While I like the idea of them traveling with Dainsleif and the Abyss Twin, I really like the idea of them being in Nod Krai more. Maybe they travel with Dainsleif and the Abyss Twin for a couple of years before settling down in Nod Krai with the other Bloodmoon survivors.

Dainsleif always makes sure to stop by to let them know he's doing alright. The Abyss Twin on the other hand... well, Tholindis!MC gets a letter every now and then. Nothing too fancy. Just a simple "I'm still alive-" and so on. ...They did send a letter of a different tone once. It simply said "Keep an eye out for my twin... please?"

Another idea I have is that the Wild Hunt could still be a thing... but Rerir!MC has warped it to a sense where it's less of a danger to Nod Krai and more of a protection. Does that make sense? I hope so...

Now, onto baby Arlecchino.

Basically, I imagine baby Arlecchino, or Peruere, being snatched up one day while playing with some kids in Nasha Town, and thus being brought to the House of Hearth. And while she could just run away, maybe calling out to 'great so and so auntie' Tholindis!MC to come get her as the woman herself was related to the Bloodmoon Dynasty, so she had a close connection to all the survivors via the Abyss within her... but Peruere doesn't.

Because she does, as you say, take a page out of Rerir!MC's book, and took care of the Knave. THEN she calls 'auntie' Tholindis!MC to come pick her, Clervie, and the other kids of the Hearth up.

Annoyingly this leads to the Fatui eventually hunting her down... but that's a story for another day.

Now for the Creator au side of things and your question, well, I do love the ideas of the statues either holding hands or Tholindis!MC sitting on Rerir's lap, and I can't pick which is my favorite.

I like the idea too, but for the life of me I can't figure out where to put Tholindis either! 😭

Essentially Rerir!Mc formed decades earlier and escaped to Khaenri’ah after a few years. He knows this isn’t canon and he’s scared and worried but he also wants to be free. He lived there for a while (and dealt with the itchy and too tight clothes because he wanted to be accepted) and then met Tholindis.

Woman took one look at him and immediately started planning how to get him to marry her.

Cue a few months later and Tholindis is proudly holding a meek and shy Rerir!Mc’s hand he is also blushing like a fair maiden and she is introducing him to her friends (the other sinners). The sinners took one look at him and adopted him on the spot.

Then one day Vedrfolnir got overworked so like a both brave and stupid person, Rerir!Mc marched into the palace (there was a meeting going on with the court) and tore into King Irmin and scolded him severely. Tholindis had to be held back from pouncing on her lovely darling. Vedrfolnir was embaressed but touched. The others were laughing.

Safe to say Irmin took Rerir!Mc’s scolding to heart and that’s also how Rerir!Mc met Pierro who later introduced him to Thrain.

He met abyss sibling and they too adopted him as their big brother. He then met Columbina and Sandrone (who is still a puppet) and the two adopted him as their brother.

Then the cataclysm comes around and Rerir!Mc is sending the moon gates and is so confused and worried but then… he sees Tholindis and he hurries over to her. He had wanted to help in getting Vedrfolnir free but the other sinners didn’t want him to help for fear of him getting hurt.

He had been in a group with Pierro and Thrain, attempting to get people to safety. They let him hurry over to Tholindis… the two would regret letting him leave their side for the rest of their lives.

As he was running to her he saw a Moon Gate forming near her and pulled her away from it but then one of the Archon’s attacks hit the ground near them and Rerir!Mc was thrown in.

Tholindis became a sinner and so did Columbina, Sandrone joined the Fatui with Pierro and Thrain, but other things went as canon except…

Rerir!Mc fell through the moon portal to Nod Krai where new generations of Frostmoon Scions thought he was ‘newly formed’ and he realized that the previous scions, who were all dead, had not even marked down or told later generations that Rerir!Mc existed so now he was thought newly formed.

Then after dealing with the scions for 200 years he escaped and somehow learned some magic to change his appearance. He joined the Fatui Harbingers as the third, and NO ONE noticed ANYTHING. Even is old friends did not notice. And then after spending 200 years with them he fled again to Nod Krai.

He is dying, has been for a long time.

So he hides back in Nod Krai, sheds the stuffy clothing that he only wore to both hide himself and fit it, to make his family happy.

Apparently there are two people controlling the wild hunt, he does not know who they would be but he’s desperately hoping they are Columbina and Tholindis. He doesn’t want his sister and wifey (she proposed and wore the suit while he wore the dress. They got married a few months before Vedrfolnir was taken) to be corrupted by the abyssal energy, he doesn’t want to fight them!!

He doesn’t think they’ll recognize him, they haven’t from the numerous times they’ve attacked him thinking him an illusion or some kind of mockery to them.

Traveler and Paimon adopt him, so do the Ratniks, and so does Flins. Flins is gonna have to fight Pierro for father rights.
