-For the purposes of "Stuffed Doughs" ravioli is not included, as I consider it more of a pasta. Its in that section on menus and while all things in the stuffed dough category (like dumplings) can be served on their own, none of the rest would be called a pasta dish. Overlap like this is inevitable and I'm sure my answers wont please everyone, worse case you can treat these things as a schrodinger's carb in your heart of hearts, but I will need to make calls like this

-For the oats question, yes I am considering oatmeal as part of oats. I'd likely group muesli with it as well. This is part of what makes granola difficult for me, as both of these things are also known to mix in nuts, fruits, and several other carbs.
