Guzzler: A guzzler is a headmate whose role is feeding and/or hydrating the body and/or system. They can look for food, learn to cook, scavenge, etc. Some might be assisting other headmates with eating disorders, feeding the body so they won't have to personally experience eating or have to engage in it if that's too hard for them, or they might help headmates in headspace to eat, if eating is necessary to keep their forms alive.

Internal Therapist: An internal therapist may do a number of different things, but this role is generally centered around helping other headmates. An internal therapist may help other headmates to process emotions in a productive manner: and assist them in effective, honest, and safe communication regarding issues.

Reliever: A reliever is a headmate that helps the system release pressure or stress via fronting. They may simply spend leisure time in the body, or handle any other task while maintaining a more relaxed mindset.
