Okay, so vent post aside, the thing that I actually do enjoy about my job is the regular customers that I’ve gotten to know. Since I’ve had this up front job for about a year and a half, I’ve gotten to know so many regular customers and they’ve all gotten to know me and interacting with them is by far the best part of the job. And yeah, sometimes my managers suck and leave a big mess for me to clean and yeah, I basically run the whole front of the store by myself because there isn’t anyone else who purges/organizes the aisles with me so it’s all on one person (me). But then sometimes my customers find out I’m going to Disney World soon (I told them I’d be out of town so they wouldn’t wonder where I am since they’re so familiar with me at this point lol) so they buy a little Mickey Mouse picture frame and tell the manager to give it to me as a gift. And then all the sudden all the stupid stuff I have to deal with starts to kinda feel worth it
