Don’t think about Peter having four birthdays in a row all by himself in his apartment with no friends or family, don’t think about it whatever you do, don’t think-

Peter wakes up every August 10th during those 4 years and all he gets is a "Good morning, Peter. Happy birthday." from Evie. Peter says thank you and moves on. That's the extent of his happy birthday. It's just another day, and he cannot think about spending it any differently than the other days on the calendar because May isn't there to bake a cake ("What even is a spinach chocolate cake, May?" "It's good for you!"), Ned isn't there to sing loudly and off-key (and with another Lego set for them to build together), and MJ isn't there to hug him and give a birthday kiss on his cheek. So why bother?

I just know Frank's heart grew three sizes the moment he saw Peter without his mask because what do you mean he called Peter a "nice kid" twice with the softest big brother face and CRIED???

I’m imagining him being there when the doctors had to take his mask off and all of them being like “holy crap, Spider-Man is just a young’un??” But Frank especially loses his mind because he’s like “holy crap, I just shot this young’un??”
