Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas. 1 cup frozen mixed berries. 1 cup yogurt. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup milk or alternative milk such as almond or coconut milk.
Instructions: In a blender, combine bananas, frozen berries, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Once frozen, remove from molds and enjoy!
