Another group selfie and some testimonials from the Outdoor Challenge:
1. Outdoor challenge, prepared for a long time, couldn't fail at entertaining all The Short Course participants, but also the facilitators.
It all started with old Finnish legend ー Lemminkâinen. To help the hero of our story, all of us went to the woods where we would complete different tasks and pick his parts together with a lot of teamwork. Also, communication and mutual understanding helped teams work their way out at the stations. Walking with legs tied together wouldn't be possible otherwise. Everyone had fun at all the stations - creating human sculptures of beautiful sights found in forest, solving catchy riddles, making up poems synced with surrounding nature and creating team flags that could consist of anything from the woods that you could put on a paper.
To sum it up, it was a great way to begin Day2 and only an announcement of the fun challenges coming.
2. NO ROMANCE - NO CHALLENGE😈
Even in "Hunger Games" girls who are desperately dreaming of Josh Hutcherson's love and other fantasies find some romantic moments. That is why UWC outdoor challenge completely couldn't skip that part. Sooooo, we are introducing to you the most romantic station of our trial - The Tower. Yeah, we had a princess - not less charming Tuuli, but luckily, she was free. The task was to walk around the forest and find two plants which are symbolic to the participant himself/herself and his/her neighbour from the left side. Did anyone guess that it would be so pleasant? Participants became nicer to each other and relationships between them became warmer and closer. And, of course, it made the challenge sweeter and more beautiful❤️
