Greetings all, just wanted to drop a line to give a quick update to artists and fans alike.

So, we have been busy getting art together, and making some very difficult decisions. We received well over 400 submissions for the project and to date have eliminated over 100 pieces for range of reasons. I will not get into them here, in a public forum, but suffice to say It has been tough.

Now the tough part we have submitted the pieces we have chosen to get the approval of the man himself while we continue laying out the book. Needless to say, since adding the descriptor “oscar-winning” to his title, he’s been a very busy guy. We are working closely with Insight Editions and GDT’s people to arrange the best time for him to go over the pieces and give his artistic thumbs-up.

Once that has all been finalized, we will then and ONLY THEN reach out to everyone about who made it and who didn’t. I know it’s frustrating, but that’s the way it has to be. We don;t want to drag this out any longer than we have to, but we also don’t want to be the guys who tell someone they’re in, only to have to contact them weeks later and tell them, sorry not true. We hope everyone will understand and appreciate our position here

Just an FYI, emailing us directly will not get you an answer any quicker, either. ;)

We are honestly hoping by month’s end we will have some news for everyone.
