Finding a selfcare Routine is so important when your juggling work and classes. The best things I learned is that you can’t control coworkers or bosses but you’re actions. When it’s break time I definitely take full advantage and do what need to recharge. Time is so precious and at work there are undercover ‘ time thieves’ ready to approach you at break but during work time not contribute. One of the ways I set boundaries at work especially for those who waste meeting time. #timemanagement
