Would you like to eat those Raw Vegan Mint Choc Slices? πππ« β Made by @nourishingnadia_ ππ β Base (6inch tin): 1/2c soaked dates 1/2c almond flour 1 scoop chocolate protein 1T cacao powder 1T coconut oil 1 pinch of salt Matcha layer: 1c soaked cashews 1 scoop Nuzest matcha functional flavours 1t matcha powder 2T maple syrup 2T coconut oil melted 1/2c coconut cream 1t pure vanilla extract Chocolate layer: 1/2c soaked cashews 1T almond butter 1T cacao powder 2T coconut cream 2T coconut oil melted 1T maple syrup Toppings: Matcha powder dark chocolate Method: -blitz base ingredients in a food processor and press into tin. -add mint ingredients to a blender, blend until creamy, pour on top of base and put in the freezer for at least half an hour while making the chocolate layer. -put all chocolate layer ingredients into the blender, blend until smooth, pour on top of mint layer and place in the freezer to set for at least 2 hours before cutting. -remove from freezer, allow to thaw slightly before removing and cutting with a sharp hot knife. -dust with matcha and drizzle with vegan chocolate! β For similar recipes visit @nourishingnadia_ βs page ππ β π± Tag orΒ @avidofoodΒ to be featured in the future! β ββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ posted on Instagram - https://instagr.am/p/CGor9dAJ_20/
